This website is operated by Trade, Software & Booking Cyprus (company in formation), Limassol, Cyprus. It informs tourism businesses in Cyprus about the CyprusBooker.com platform and lets them register their interest in becoming a partner.

2. Partner registration

Registration is free and non-binding. It does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us. Cooperation starts only when both sides sign a separate partner agreement, which sets out the commission, payments, payouts and other conditions.

Please give correct information and register only a business you are authorised to represent.

Project requests sent through the Software & AI page are also free and non-binding; any work starts only after a separate written agreement.

3. Information on this website

The CyprusBooker.com platform is in final testing. Descriptions, screenshots and examples on this website show the platform as it is being prepared; listings shown are illustrative examples. Features and conditions may change before launch.

The commission range of 7–9% refers to bookings made through CyprusBooker.com; the rate for your business is confirmed in the partner agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The name CyprusBooker.com, the texts, graphics and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

5. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
