1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
Through the partner registration form we collect: business name, type of business, the towns or areas where you operate, the number of rooms, units or vehicles (if given), contact person, phone / WhatsApp number and email address.
If you fill in the optional part of the form, we also collect your answers about where you sell today, how you manage availability (including the name of your system), how you would like to connect and how guests should pay, what matters most to you, whether you are interested in investing in CyprusBooker, and any message you write to us.
We also record the language of the page, how you found us (for example a flyer code or campaign parameters in the link), the text of the consent you gave, and standard technical data such as the time of the request and server logs.
Through the project request form on our Software & AI page we collect: company or business name, type of business, website, the solutions you need, your description, budget and timeline (if given), contact person, phone / WhatsApp number, email address and preferred contact method.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
To contact you about joining CyprusBooker.com, answer your questions and prepare your listing and partner offer: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. How long we keep your data
We keep registration data for up to 24 months from your registration, or until you ask us to delete it. If you become a partner, the data needed for our cooperation is kept for the duration of the contract and as required by law afterwards.
